E-Statement Enrollment Promotion Prize Drawings – Official Rules

  1. Eligibility – You will be considered Eligible if:   1. You are a First Federal Community Bank customers, and 2. You are the tax-reported owner of a consumer or business checking or savings account, and 3.  Are 13 years of age or older as of the date of the entry, and 4. You have selected “electronic” as the “delivery preference” for all of your accounts listed in online banking / First Fed mobile app during the Promotional Period. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate. Employees of First Federal Community Bank are not eligible.

  2. Promotion Sponsor – The sponsor of this promotion is First Federal Community Bank, N.A., P.O. Box 38, 141 West Ohio Avenue, Dover, OH 44622.

  3. Promotional Periods – There will be two (2) Promotional Periods. Promotional Period number 1: November 26 through December 31, 2025, and Promotional Period number 2: January 1 through January 31, 2026.

  4. Entry Deadline – You will be deemed “entered” if you have met the Eligibility requirements above during the Promotional Period.

  5. How to Enter – During the Promotional Periods, customers who 1. select “electronic” as the “delivery preference” for all of their accounts (must be done in online banking or the First Fed mobile app), or 2. customers who currently have selected “electronic” as the “delivery preference” for all of their accounts (in online banking or the First Fed app), will automatically be entered in the drawings.   6. Determination and Notification of Winners – First Federal Community Bank will randomly select one (1) winner at the end of each Promotional Period to receive a cash prize of $1,000. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing and will be notified by phone. Winner will be limited to one (1) cash prize for the full duration of the promotion. Any customer under 18 years of age will require parent or guardian consent.

  7. Tax Liability – Each winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 to First Federal Community Bank and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for tax purposes. Any local, state, or federal tax due will be the responsibility of the winner.

  8. Publicity – Each winner will be requested to sign a photo release form to allow use of his/her photograph for promotional and/or any other similar purposes in any media without future notice or compensation.
