First Federal Community Bank will never call you to request your personal or online banking information.
Banks in our area have reported a significant increase in customers receiving scam phone calls attempting to impersonate bank employees and gain access to account information and online banking credentials. These communications may look as though they are being sent by the bank, but have been “spoofed.” Customers have also reported receiving text to help the scammer look legitimate.
If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email claiming to be from us, do not share any personal or account details. When in doubt, protect yourself - stop communication immediately and contact your local financial center directly for assistance.
